WEE CARE PB&J DRIVE--MAY 9th through MAY 13th

Next week is our annual Wee Care Spring collection. This year we are collecting Peanut Butter and Jelly, along with canned tuna and cooking oil.

Did you know that 1 in 3 children are at risk for hunger in our local San Mateo county?  When school is out for summer vacation, thousands of children across San Mateo county lose access to the free and reduced-price meals they receive during the school year.

Baywood can be the difference!  When you go shopping this weekend please consider picking up an extra container of PBorJ or canned tuna to help our community. Items will be collected in each classroom all week, May9th - May13th.  Thanks in advance for your generosity!

Terrific Campus Clean up!

We recently hosted our second Campus Care day of the year. Despite the heat, we had a nice turnout of both adults and students. We were able to do lots of new planting, weeding and even built a new, more stable bed for our pumpkins, sunflowers, etc. We hope to see more of you out in the fall!

Thank you to the Dendi, Gawell, Salgado, Baxter, Thomsen, DeWild families and a special thank you to Lindsey Matthews and Loral Landscaping for composting all of our debris.
